Williams, Margarito, Golovkin, prime Pacquiao, Tyszu fights all could've made his claim more legitimate.

And Judah is or was quality fighter, cherry or not Baldomir won against Judah.but sorry i still can consider this as a duck.especially because what i remember Floyd and Judah fight was already agreed?it would have been somewhat weird to "duck" the man who just beat your supposed next opponent.you can clear me if i'm wrong.too much time has passed.

If this is correct, then Floyd would have been ducking Baldo if he would have choose Margo.haters etc would have claimed Floyd wouldn't dare to fight the daddy of Judah and ran to the hills.

And yes Santos fight was 154.but Santos is not excatly worldbeater, good but nothing special.

Thanks for correction, but i bet it would have raised lot of questions.why Floyd didn't fight daddy of Judah.i stand what i have been saying.Margo was not a duckjob.and even if you want to press really hard, ducking would be too hard.maybe avoiding little bit.that's the farest i could come.

    Thanks for conversation

You're just throwing names out there. Seriously.

Williams? Seriously? When was that fight supposed to take place? After he lost his first title defense to Quintana? Or after he took the title back from Quintana and immediately moved up in weight?

Kosta was on Showtime, Floyd with HBO. Get real.

GGG - Anybody who says this shouldn't be taken seriously.

And Prime Pacquiao balked a drug test that he later accepted. Please. Let me repeat that in case you're slow: Pacquiao accepted the same requests Mayweather made from 2010 in 2015.

Margarito would have been target practice for Floyd and he would've danced around him all night long. The same morons who say Floyd only fights slow plodders are the same ones screaming that he ducked Margarito lol. I never knew fighting the lineal champion instead of the WBO champion was a duck. As for Pacquiao, Grandpa Bob wasn't ready to throw Pacquiao in there with Floyd in 2010. Wasn't done cashing him out yet.

People with sense were saying that for years. Good post.

Anyone who thinks that Mayweather beating a PRIME, undefeated, completely feared, middleweight KILLER at 39 years of age would not add to his legacy shouldn't be taken seriously.

Also, Pac didn't accept same requests. Pacquiao made 120+ million instead of 40 million.

It's a stupid, idiotic request. Only a complete simpleton would think that fight is a realistic possibility for a 39 year old fighter who's already maxed out on weight. Completely idiotic.

Pac accepted the same drug test that was requested in 2010 and 40% instead of 50% you doofus.

I notice you didn't bring up the other names again. Next time, perhaps you should know what you are talking about before you open your mouth. You admit you just started watching boxing in recent years, and it's pretty clear that's the case. Seriously idiotic.

And to re-iterate: Williams? Are you joking? Go watch his first fight with Quintana and tell us all again what a big threat he was. What a joke people like you are. And I liked Williams, excellent fighter, but you people are really blinded by Mayweather.

Did I ever say it's realistic? I mean... technically, it could be simply because Mayweather holds 154 titles and Golovkin said he'd come down to 154 lbs. So, it's possible.

Also, Bernard Hopkins fought Kovalev at LHW when he was 50 years old, so stop it. Crazy things like this have been done before. Of course Mayweather fighting Golovkin is completely crazy too, but that's what separates the the best to ever fight from other greats. The only reason this is even suggested is because Mayweather calls himself TBE.

I don't give a **** if GGG said he could come down to 147... not realistic. The man has never weighed in at 154 in his entire professional career. Nobody with sense would call for this fight. The entire premise is "idiotic."

Bernard Hopkins fought at LHW? WELL ALERT THE PRESS!!! How good of him to finally move up 2 weight divisions......

You do realize MW would be Floyd's 6th right? Not even a comparable situation. If Floyd were still fighting at 130/135, you would actually have a point about moving up.

Hopkins moved up two weight classes to fight Kovalev. Sergey Kovalev. AT FIFTY. Stop trying to demean that fight.

Also, Golovkin has weighed 157/158 his past few fights. Him going to 154 would be as he described, "Nothing." And there are many people calling for GGG/Mayweather. The only ones who aren't are the huge Floyd fans and for good reason.

There's so many ways to cherrypick all the hilarious hypocrisies in that post, but I'm just going to stick with this for now.

Except the whole point of the thread is to discuss what fights he has missed out on, not what dream fights you can make in la la land. If he and GGG never fought, it wouldn't be a fight that Mayweather missed out on.
