I would like to see GGG match, but in many ways it's totally pointless.Floyd would almost guarantely lose.the man is Soon 39 and shot to ****,shadow of himself.i would have wanted Floyd to try MW atleast about 3-4yrs ago.when he still had it.not anymore because this is not the same Floyd Mayweather.

And if Floyd would somehow win,it would tell more about MW division and GGG more than anything else.

And it would be only point fighting, running and hugging.because Floyd doesn't have it anymore.so everybody would complain that Floyd didn't fight GGG.who also would be declared as a hypejob in that excat moment

So even win would do almost nothing to his legacy iny eyes.

Only question in the fight would be can Floyd stay away from GGG power 12round,and meantime running around the ring and touching GGG And gaining points.

Me personaly i wouldn't give much credit.and the other option would be that GGG KO Floyd and haters would get what they want.seeing shot to **** Floyd KO'ed in his 6th weightclass.

So it's little bit no win for Floyd.as usual

Berto will also force Floyd to fight but you criticize this though

**** it. It would have been a great fight and yes Mayweather could have dominated him BUT...he did ran away from him and Williams for 2 years to let the other fighters clear the path for him since he is coward and an opportunist.

Cannot wait for a cherry pick to go wrong but I'm not sure we'll be lucky enough for this since everything is calculated.

Mayweather should have challenged Mosley back in 2001 and offered 80/20 split.

At that point Mosley was the mainstream star and Mayweather was an up and comer.

What do you meant Hopkins moved up to Light Heavy? He had been fighting at Light Heavy for years before he faced Kovalev at 50 years Old!!

In all fairness the 2010 Pacquiao fight didn't happen because of Pac's team according to Roach. Had the Margarito and other fights would have happened, you guys would say it was a cherry picked.

Alvarez and Pacquiao are cherry picks so you know Margarito would be one

157/158 is not 154. Again because you seem to be stuck on stupid: The man has NEVER weighed in at 154 in his professional career. Period. To suggest he could make it is PURE SPECULATION. He has NEVER done it.

Your inaccuracy about the Hopkins scenario is laughable. Might want to check boxrec or something... there are 7 fights at LHW for a piece of the title before he faced the man you claim he moved up 2 weight divisions to fight. Moron. Hopkins hasn't fought at 160 since 2005 you idiot. But he moved up 2 weight divisions right? :patsch

Pretty soon you morons are going to have to find a new boxer to hate on. And yes, I have no patience for idiocy, that's why you get the insults. Literally would have taken you 15 seconds to look up Hopkins professional record to realize you're talking out of your rear end. Try not to put your foot in your mouth and actually verify what you're saying, because as you claimed: You haven't followed boxing very long. It shows.

Actually you are wrong. Floyd was willing to fight Margo but wanted a guaranteed 10 million for Hatton and Cotto fights. He wanted guaranteed 20 million for Oscar. This is at the time Arum was trying to sign him to an extension on his contract. Arum stated everything I just said in an ESPN article.

Arum stated that the money wasn't there for those fights and was only willing to give him 8 million for those bouts.

Floyd bought out the contract and fought Baldomire for the number one spot after Baldomire beat Judah. Then he went on to fight Oscar for 25 million and Hatton for 20 million. Nobody ducked Margo and he would have had target practice against Margo.

Not only that but he also got 8 million and 1 to face Baldomir, same money, no extension with Top Rank, and the lineal welterweight title, one deal is clearly better than the other.

He will never get credit. Had he beat PAC back in 2010, everyone would bash him for "running and hugging". Had he fought Margarito, everyone would claim it was a flat footed come forward opponent. Had he not fought Canelo, he would have been scared of a young tough kid. He whoops him, and now Canelo was too green. If he fights Golovkin, Golovkin will turn into another hype job. It goes on and on. I don't even like the guy, but every trainer Snd every fighter says he the best, I'll take their word on it.

I don't think Mayweather has much left to prove. Sure the possibility of him losing to past fighters in their prime is much higher but now, the only real fights I can sort of see are GGG and maybe a rematch with Pac. Other than that...

(By the way, where's MVC! to ruin this thread lol:rofl)
