one of ali's last fights were against a heavyweight world beater in larry holmes while floyd is fighting berto, BERNARD HOPKINS WAS 49 WHEN HE FOUGHT KOVALEV. mayweather is held to high standards because of his claims of greatness. truth be told, pacquiao is greater than floyd, and so is his legacy. i didn't want the GiGi fight but i do now, at 154 there's no reason why that couldn't be negotiated.

Floyd only fights plodders and good fighters when they're past their best.
Only people that rate floyd are the chip on shoulder type black people who still blame the world for their **** lives.

    :lol::rofl:lol:

Based on what? Going life and death with JMM for 4 fights ducking a fight with PBF back in 2009 because of testing while both were still prime, getting a boxing lesson at the hands of PBF losing to EM and beating a shot EM and brain damaged MAB? Yeah sure he's greater.:nut

    Look at this bitter POS.

I didn't know his peers boxing trainers and writers were all Black who rate him extremely well.

Also he only fights plodders yet you're the type of guy who would say PBF ducked Margo the same kind of plodder that you accuse him of always fighting. Log off you bitter know nothing fool, your agenda couldn't be more full of butthurt.

    pacquiao beat:
    morales
    barrera
    marquez
    TIMOTHY BRADLEY
    dela hoya(floyd ducked a rematch)
cotto(beat the breaks off of him)
    margarito
    clottey
    algieri
    diaz
hatton(beat the breaks off of him)
    mosley(almost knocked floyd out)

"#48" was asked for in 2009, not 2015 at the end of both fighters careers. pac ranks higher because he has more cojones than floyd. dude is really trying to throw his prospect errol spence at thurman instead of fighting him himself, and saying that khan is undeserving but has the nerve to fight a guy like berto.... what a joke

I stated Margo and Canelo had different abilities, but their limitations are what would have lost them their fights vs Mayweather, where did I compare them you moron? they are nothing alike, they would just lose to FLoyd by a similar margin

    :hi:
    Come again

Anyone who goes life and death with JMM for 4 fights loses to EM KTFO by to Singsrat and Torrecampo isn't greater than anything. Not only that he got that work on May 2nd 2015 after being held to a career low workrate and tooled he had to come up with an excuse for being dominated so badly. PBF owns #48. PBF UD #48 forever deal with it.:hi:

How can you honestly pick apart every little detail about the flaws of Floyd's opponents, then make this list of Manny's opponents? The ones who pick apart Floyd's opponents would make this look way worse than Floyd's...

pac fought marquez at his optimal weight class you idiot..... and he had 4 GREAT wars with him. marquez is a great fighter, you're acting like he's a bum... marquez landed the perfect punch because pac got greedy and over committed, you forgot to mention how battered marquez's face was before the knockout. what about marquez jumping 2 weight classes to fight floyd? he was fighting at 130 and 135 but moved to 144 and floyd came in overweight on purpose..

because every common opponent they both share, pac beat them in a more impressive fashion. what can you say about pac's opponents? he seems like he takes on all-comers. he's probably fighting amir khan, while floyd is fighting ........ berto

it's an explanation, not an excuse. what about floyd getting outpunched and manhandled by castillo and still walking away with the win?

Ummm is his style to beat an opponent worse.. That doesn't mean one guy is better because one boxes and one goes for the KO..

You also say he fights all comers, but a few of those guys were beat by Floyd first and your comeback is that Pac beat them worse?

it doesn't matter who beat who first, but the assh*le above me was talking about how pac went life and death with marquez, but every other common opponent they both share, pac completely destroyed them. floyd went life and death with dela hoya while pac beat him into retirement. how does that sound?
