Why all the hate? He has no amateur exp.... And if it's really that bad don't watch him.

I personally don't care much for him, but his recent bouts haven't been so terribly boring

 

Probably puerto ricans since you maricones are tired of seeing Mexicans beating your "best" fighters like Lopez and Cruz. I guess you guys figured that "If you can't beat'em, join'em...or in your case, watch'em."

 

Chavez Jr. is not worthy of having a belt and not all Mexicans support him. I remember one instance where he was fighting in TJ ( I think ) where he got a gift decision and the crowd started throwing garbage at him and booing. Daddy had to go up there and tell the people to be respectful.

Canelo was given a gift belt, but I do believe he is better than Jr. and has more room to improve.

Neither has made of fan of this Mexican, yet.

 

you can't put too much faith into numbers. a ex: kimbo slice filled an arena and set viewing records in MMA.

people who know boxing know he hasn't proven a whole lot yet.

Yea my pops always askin when Jr fighting, but the old school Mexi's I guess fans because simply he's Juliis son and alot of fans from the northern Mexican states I know are split between him and Canelo due to their rivalry. I know if those 2 those fight it'll be split down the middle.

 

The people I know, know who's the beast, that's JMM #1 P4P in the World, why he beat pac 3 times, Chavez Jr, Canelo, are not much, every time they fight, I hear "I think his gonna loose this time" they don't, it's the same every time, this Mexican casual Boxing fans might not know a lot about Boxing, but they know Chavez Jr, is overrated, but they do some times overrate Canelo, some think he can beat both May and Pac, still the more known and respected fighters are withing the Mexican and Mexican-American community(It's the same thing, I know Mexicans that were born here but are just like any other Mexican who came to the U.S. within a few years), Marquez, Arce, Morales, Margarito, and Canelo are the most known and respected.

 

is it hating if is true, they are both hyped fighters that got gift belts from sulaiman and both are supported by predominant mexican fan base that believe the hype.. one because of his name and the other one because is supposedly a prodigy but hasnt shown much yet

Only marginally better than Ronald Hearns.I remember that close fight when he got the decision in Mexico and even the home fans booed.

 

I think JCC is headed in the right direction. Whether he has the talent or not, time will tell.

Say his name was "Insert last name" & wasn't the son of JCC people would not be bitching.
