In no particular order -Wlad Klitscko -Vitali Klitscho -Gerry Cooney -Francesco Damiani -Ruslan Chagaev -Gerrie Coetzee -Tex Cobb -Tommy Morrison -Nikolay Valuev -Sultan Ibragimov -Andrew Golata -Oleg Maskaev -Francois Botha -Corrie Sanders Did I miss any?
damn, when you got Valuev on your list....you know your people aint doin that well another note, no Calzaghe?...seeing as he's the only actual "great" out of them (well Tszyu as well) i'd figure he'd be 1st on the list
The line great white hope makes no sense anymore since Wlad and Vitali are easily the best HW's out there and will be for years to come.
I'm basically looking at heavyweights. Otherwise the list would be drastically different of course. Names like Ray Mancini, Barry McGuigan, Sean O'Grady, Greg Haugen, Vinny Pazienza, Joe Calzaghe, a numerous others would have to be on there.
