    Actually, that clip convinced me that Wladimir will never return to boxing. But that's good.

    And why? Because despite showing off a truly impressive number of reps on the bar, Wlad simply looks much older. The guy in the video is 70% of the guy who entered the ring. The guy has lost a lot of muscle mass. The same goes for his hairline, but those aren't exactly fighting back. xD
    I don't think Wlad would be that crazy and actually consider fighting men in their prime at this stage of his life.

    That is,absolute the worst possible way to do pull ups and it is a shoulder injury waiting to happen.
    Your talking about greasing the groove which works .

    The technique is not fine and that was one of the down falls of cross fit in doing dumb things like that.
    My favorite cross fit "exercise" was TIMED dead lifts lol talk about playing wit fire.
