I think King is number 1, with Lewis being a close 2nd.
Arum never killed a guy I belive, but all 3 are pretty tricky in there own right.

Holmes once defended his title for free under King lol.

King by far, a murderer and robbed fighters blind leaving them penniless. Arum doesn't strike me as a bad guy, obviously he lies and manipulates but not a bad guy. What Lewis did was wrong but he was looking out for his own fighter in doing it

Collins father kept him out of the ring so they could potentially get more compensation, which never happened. I'm not sure how they didn't get a compensation pay out

Lewis can't be blamed for Collins suicide, the drink/drugs and being effectively unemployed because his father wanted to cash out on a compensation pay out were the bigger issues. Collins with his face first style was going to get that type of beating sooner or later anyway. The same card as this fight was Duran-Moore, similarly tragic for Moore who died a few years later. Duran would likely have given Collins a career ending beating too. Unhappy endings for the Light Middleweight Prospects of Moore, Collins and Ayala

Resto knew about the gloves all along too, he's just as culpable as Lewis

He also warned Tyson 'a fighters own big punch can be their own worst enemy because they fall in love with their power and disregard their boxing skills' (paraphrasing)

    1. Don King. Actually killed people and put the lives of several boxers in danger by putting them into total mismatches. Ruining boxing is an afterthought, but a big one.

    2. Panama Lewis. Put people's lives in danger.

    3. Bob Arum. Slimey as a slimey thing and he has done a lot to hurt the sport, but not a man with blood on his hands.
