Two of the best wins of this century for two of the best fighters.

WINKY WRIGHT v FELIX TRINIDAD, 2005

    and

RICKY HATTON v KOSTYA TSZYU, 2005

But which do you think was the better win of the two?

I think the hatton win easily tszyu lay opff or not is one of the best fighters evet at the weight was a big favourite and hatton made him quit on his stool

Hatton. Tszyu was still considered dangerous and had never quit before but Hatton made him. Trinidad was coming off a good win over Mayorga but was definetly not the same fighter he had once been. Tito also was above his prime weight and Tszyu was at his natural weight.

Um, none of these wins were great. But both of these wins clearly seemed great for the victor as it helped Winky & Hatton take their careers to the next level. I cant pick.

i believe wright's win over mosley is more definite than trinidad's, i pick this win over hatton tzsyu because of the way he handled trinidad.. he picked him apart, nullified his offense, and it did not help that trinidad is above his prime weight and coming from a long layoff..

both this fights only helped both fighters become mainstream boxing attraction, but they both beat past it fighters and did not enhance their legacy that much... hatton fought past prime tzsyu who was also coming from a layoff only to beat sharmba mitchell 2nd time around, and winky also beat an aging trinidad whose power was diminished at middleweight
