I downloaded off of google, Lou Ferrigno at age 41 in 1993 making his comeback at body-building competition... Lou placed second.... But I thought he was the biggest and best.... He was ripped, buffed and huge at 316 pounds of massive muscle..... AWESOME!

I remember when a younger Holyfield was on Superstars and him and Karch Kiraly(Vollyball) were battling it out on the Military press. Kiraly lifted 245 Holyfield just missed it, although he got stronger after this was when Holy had not been at Heavyweight long. He also ran the 100 in 11.2, not that impressive compared to Shavers.

    Probably Ken Norton.
Michael Dokes and Tim Witherspoon both played prep football, Tyrell Biggs and Greg Page both played prep basketball, with Biggs earning a scholarship to Hampton, and Tony Tucker, Pinklon Thomas, and Milton McCrory played prep baseball, so they would be in the running.

James Jeffries..he also had a 6 foot high jump...which doesnt seem that amazing today..but given the techinque that they used for height jumping back then..it was very impressive.
