    talking strickly in the classical sence as a boxer.its pep hands down.pep was litterly unbeatable before he broke both his legs and back in a plane crash.

    again it's IMPOSSIBLE to say!

    the Best, i.e SRR could be the Best WW or MW or even Best of All, but he IS NOT alone and can be beaten by other equally great fighters in his respective weight class.

    so given that these guys "might" be the best , though not miles better than thier great peers, we can name a few.

    SRR might be that one, on the same note for British fighters it could just as likely be Len Harvey!

    btw good shout for Joe Gans too.
