I remember seeing this fight and i thought it was not so much a robber but more of a debatable fight.

hagler, despite his vaunted physical advantages compared to srl was not able to impose his will and was getting tagged or outgunned by srl at times.

sure, marvin was never truly in trouble in that fight but was more annoyed. srl was very pesky with his combinations and prevented hagler from being able to throw his bombs.

Ottke Reid of course. And that recent fight Joe Cortez reffed in (Humberto Soto i think) was corrupt. Glen Johnson, Luis Collazo and JMM have often been on the wrong end of bad decisions

Sweet Pea - JCC is one of the worst and most obvious, based on what was at stake.

And people love to forget about what happened to Larry Holmes against ?Spinx? as he was trying for Rocky Marciano's record.

the majority of the fights mentioned in this thread are close fights that could of gone either way.

thread stealers list is by far the best. bona fide, stone cold robberies.

Chavez vs Whitaker, i really felt bad for Whitaker, such a masterful performance and then he gets robbed with that BS draw.

DLH vs Sturm, proves an unkown fighter will never get a fair DEC against a top attraction.

Holyfield vs Lewis 1, worst decision in HW boxing history.

Rosario vs Camacho, Man, Rosario got robbed while Camacho was running like a ***** after he was hurt.

I remember that fight and you are correct. Ruiz vs. Golota was troubling to me too, I really thought there was no way Ruiz would get the decision.

If you really remember watching this fight, tell me what was the oddest thing about this fight?

    BTW....My picks are

Hagler vs Leonard.........Though after watching it again a couple of more I can see why SRL was given the W...

    Chavez vs Taylor.......Truly pathetic!

Tito vs Oscar.....Most people say Oscar won but Im one of those who say the fight could have gone either way because the way Oscar fought that night, Tito came to give the fans (I was there live) what they wanted and Oscar in the other hand thought Vegas is mine and I will get the W regardless. But it backfired on his ass....

B-Hop Calzaghe is still heavily debated, but I still think Calzaghe won.
