Old School: Ted Lewis or Jimmy Wilde

New School: Lennox Lewis or Joe Calzaghe

    Pure Talent: Naseem Hamed

Best at each weight would be interesting.

Jimmy Wilde; the only one who compares is Fitzy, if you class him British.

Wilde no other British fighter is a lock as top three all time for his division.Thinking about it Hatton probably rates higher in his weight class than a lot of the other fighters mentioned.

Lewis is clearly British for me...

If I'm born here, say I'm from here. How aren't I?

Depends on how you want to define "greatness"

If you want a name, I'd say Wilde

I agree with the majority - Lewis has to be the ace card Brit ever. Lewis was robbed against ATG's Britton and Carpentier after proving himself the better fighter of them and won titles from flyweight to heavyweight! Lewis for me.

Of more modern times, it has got to be Eubank.
