I disagree.

 

Lopez is not as great as the others.
Barrera is on Erik Morales tier.
I think Canto and Zarate have decent cases over JMM but the Top 4 are a lock to me.

 

How is Erik Morales tier not insanely good? Morales is the only man to defeat a prime Pacquiao. People always talk about Pacquiao's losses at Flyweight and his losses at Welterweight.

How about the man who you know actually beat a prime Pacquiao? I mean that happened.

 

Don't know how Morales was that skinny in comparison to Barrera. Yes Morales had small shoulders and arms. But his legs were much more solid than Barrera. His back was much more muscular and imposing as well.

Morales also easily beat Barrera's conquerors.

I'd rather beat Pacquiao than Hamed. But that's just me.

 

Would still rather beat Pacquiao.

 

What most impressive about Marquez' victories over Pacquiao is that he beat every version of Manny Pacquiao, from the Kamikazee young version at featherweight to the more rounded more boxing tuned Pacquiao at 147 lbs.

Each time the matchup occurred, Pacquiao was supposed to be a better more evolved fighter and Marquez was labeled as gotten older and slower.

Each of the first 3 times they fought, Marquez analyzed his own strenghths and attacked Pacquiao's weakneses.

The 4th and last time they fought, for obvous reasons of having been robbed 3 previous times, Marquez goes all in and fights Pacquiao's game, the power game.


The evolution of Manny Pacquiao, from the featherweight version who destroyed Marco Antonio Barrera, to the Welterweight version who dismantled Miguel Cotto. The great Juan Manuel beat every single version of the evolutionized Pacquiao spanning different weight classes!
