   Hagler's toughest fights were against Welterweights and a washed Duran (a natural LW) - that fact alone removes him from the top 10.
   Monzon's best wins were two victories against Benvenuti (who had lost to a 40-year old Dick Tiger with cancer), and two washed up Welterweights (Griffith and Napoles). Both of those guys were lucky to be in the eras they were in.
