    well if Pac was a TRUE welter the fight would of taken place at 147.

    nah, hes not a true welter at all imo, hes a great 135-140lber imo at this point.... but is so great he can compete at 147 and its cottos job now to show that hes good enough not to be beaten.

    Based on his performance with Hatton, I think its safe to say he is a welter, most fighters I would say 99% of them who move up that much in weight do not bring their speed and power with them, Pac has shown that he has actually not only brought it up with him but perhaps gotten stronger.

    Pac himself said he thought he was bigger physically than Hatton and Hatton fought Floyd at 147. Therefore, why can't Pac fight Cotto at 147?
