Floyd right now has reached prime Chuck Norris-type immenseness in his ability. He can't be beat naturally. Only Pacquiao aided by A-side meth has a chance.

Sergio and Khan has the best styles to give Floyd problems or even beat him. They both can jab sharply and accurately.

A lot of jabs and feints...One way to trick a guy with great reflexes is to feint to get him out of position, then throw combinations

just watch how ray leonard fought his daddy and thats how you break down a shoulder roll.

floyd aint that hard to figuer out. you take advantage of his habits like any other fighter. He's very tentative about letting his hands go, he closes up shop when hes attacked, and relies on the shoulder roll exclusively. You can take advantage of those things. Floyd has looked fairly one dimensional in the past against guys who put on intelligent pressure.

Fight like Pac, Void fears nobody like he fears Pac.............and for good reason. Watch Pac fight and you will see how to beat Void. Castillo beat Void in their first fight and Oscar beat Void as well........................Pac will knock Void out!!!

What? SRL said himself that the reason he opened up on Floyd Sr was because Sr had no pop. That is why he went off on Sr. Floyd can punch. You can't come in on Floyd and not expect to get countered.

Floyd isn't that hard to figure out but every fighter says you need to fight a perfect fight to beat him. There are no Hearns, Whitakers, Leonards, and Durans in this era. Floyd does not cover up all the time when attacked. If he did then he wouldn't be a counter puncher. One dimensional how?

To answer the question to need a jab. That is VERY important when it comes to beating Floyd. IMO you can't beat him without one. You also need educated pressure. Don't concentrate on Floyds head because he has elite head movement. Go to the body then the head. Keep a high guard. Basically have solid defense. These are some keys to beat Floyd. O yea, the fighter has to be able to adjust. Its not easy to beat Floyd but its not impossible. I don't see any fighters right now (around his weight class) that have the necessary attributes to beat Floyd. Unless Floyd gets old in the ring I think he will retire with his 0.

Not against southpaws, he's not skilled enough.

man, you look at ortiz, hatton, dela hoya: their punches and their speed.

now you look at guys like pac, martinez (williams and margarito to some extent), how they throw their punches (speed and lenght are given).

    theres your answer.
