Yeah, I'm in the valley, when I first moved down here in 2004 there were still a few rural properties and glasshouses about, but they're gardually being sold off to developers. Nice area though, inland but not far from the beach, and some great routes for roadrunning too.

Someone wanted to open a boxing gym in the industrial area a few years ago but council knocked them back - *******s, would have been handy for me!

Wish I'd had the foresight that the Italians and Croatians had all those years ago and bought a few bundles of land up this way, be laughing all the way to the bank now :yep
