He's been doing it for months each time he gets banned he just opens a new account under a different ip address. To be honest I don't think he's right in the head, I don't know if he thinks he's being clever or what, it's best just to ignore him. Hopefully he'll get the help he needs someday.
Last time I saw him on here he was going by the name Darren Silva I think he could be something different by now though.
