Hope he's actually in shape and ready to fight. It'd be terrible if he's lost all his skills after the last three years of inactivity and self-destructive behavior.
This **** is gonna be serious. Fury will come back and will clean up the division. I can't say when but Joshua and Wilder should be afraid, He is coming for them, and he will bag them. You can see it in his eyes, last few months something changed. He will come back, stronger than ever and he will beat them all. He is the BEST HW out there.
Great news for boxing! If fury can return to his former self which is no guarantee he can beat everyone at HW.
My thoughts exactly. Who knows if he will ever return to optimal form, but if he can, I think Wilder and Joshua both have quite the daunting task ahead of them.
Great news and he is looking pretty good which is one less problem he has.. Cutting the weight was going to be a huge ask and would show how serious he is about getting back.. Nice to have a real guy out there instead of the other two try hards that most here seem to love...
29 is young for a HW. If he was 35 and went on one as he did then I would be concerned...If he wants it bad enough,he should be able to get back to near where he was.Don't forget he probably wasn't at his peak when it went tits up.
Mark my words... He does not defeat a top 5 ranked HW for the remainder of his "career." EDIT: And no more than one top 10 ranked opponent (and I think it'll be zero, but this is boxing, so my caveat is no more than one). Surprised to see the lot that hates on Canelo and Nery not doing the same and then some for Fury.
Wilders flaws, his even greater lack of sense, and his story is far more human. I'm a Fury fan, but since his pathetic title victory and the ensuing peds violations, the jorking around of Wlad for 15 months only to bottle it last minute... The surge of the next crop AJ Parker Ruiz Jr and Wilders continued exhibition of heart have me open to whichever possible HW finds himself at the top when the dust settles
i sincerely hope we are not going to get another Breaking News 'Tyson Fury again fails drug test'. At least we have a fight night arranged, and if Fury keeps that appointment, then we can judge how much he has or hopefully has not lost regarding his fight ability. Hope Fury can get back in the title mix, and prove all his talk is backed up by his in the squared circle actions. Think of the multi millions of pounds he could have by now banked by defending his titles, if his mental health, Columbian marching powder and wild boar issues, had not stopped him fighting. Mr Fury the roped stage is yours.....
