The hardest hitter at heavyweight now?

I just don't see how beating up on an out of shape semi retired guy is relevant regards a fight with Joshua or comparing punch power. I'm pretty sure even Kevin Johnson would beat that Stiverne.

Joshua is the heaviest handed Heavyweight with speed. This puts him at number one and looking who he has knocked out which are proven tough fighters...its Joshua hands down.

Then going by the eye test ( even with weak opposition) i would say wilder.


Three can be anyone theres just too much variables with many fighters right now. No one actually stands out after those two who has enough quality opposition or obvious power that can stand out from each other. I can tell most likely Wlad sirenko will prove to be number one here sooner than later.

Whos really to say who hits harder between Duboi/povetkin/Haye/Browne Ortiz..etc..etc...

 

Luis Ortiz is the hardest hitting. But Joshua or Wilder does not have the balls to fignt him. Ortiz got screwed out of his title shot by a rigged drug test.

 

Your right it doesn't have a lot to do with it and Im not sure why you brought it up.The thread asks a simple question who you believe is the hardest hitter in the division and doesn't bring up anything about last weeks fight. Its all just opinion at the end of the day and there is no absolute correct answer although if Wilder and Joshua fight we may see who hits harder out of those 2.

 

People are only talking about Wilder hitting harder than Joshua since Saturday night. His championship cherry picks all got into mid or late rounds. Stiverne is not a gauge of Wilder's power vs Joshua's, therefore Joshua surely hits harder.

Oh ive noticed and im not saying the majority think Wilder hits harder or anything but as should be the case with 2 champions with 38kos from 39 fights and Joshua with 20kos from 20 fights theres going to be discussion about who hits harder
