Holyfield is not a ko puncher by any means but he was landing hellacious shots on Tyson and Mike toke most of them pretty well. Mayorga wasn't even visibly hurt when Forrest threw that big right hand on his chin. The whole fight between Darchinyan and Rodrigo.

 

Holyfield also withstood some great shots from Tyson in their fights.

He packs a good punch. Remember he put down Williams when Margarito couldn't. He also knocked out Kermit Cintron via a single punch in that legendary robbery. So I'd say Williams is lucky he has an inhuman chin.

 

True but props to Tyson's underated heart it toke 11 rounds for Holyfield to finish him. Even as a shell of his former self it toke Lewis 8 rounds albeit Lewis probably toke it easy on him.

 

Speaking of the Martinez/Cintron fight, How the hell does someone get robbed twice in one night?

Good choice. Goes both ways, too. Hagler hit Mugabi with some bombs and Mugabi stayed standing (until the 11th at least). That was one of the fights that left you in awe of how much punishment both men could take.

 

Morrison-Foreman. They both took HUGE shots the entire fight but Foreman got clubbed in his right jaw round after round after round...:!:.

 

What the hell? I obviously forgot Edison Miranda breaking Abraham's jaw into pieces without King Arthur even getting buzzed. That has to be the most shocking fight I have ever witnessed live.

In Chavez-Mayweather II, Roger hit Chavez with a nasty, perfectly timed right hand. Chavez looked at him, laughed in his face, and went right back to stalking Roger.
