I've warmed to him in the ring over the past couple years. His interviews and fans don't help him gain fans though. It's not a bad thing the amount of publicity he gets, good or bad.
The problem people find it hard to accept change, Khan is the future superstar of boxing and people are not ready to accept that quite yet. Its cool they will have to after Khan beats Floyd next year.
Really?? He took on everybody at 140 lb, he took on Maidana, won, wanted Fat Head, Fat Head blatantly ducked because according to him he wanted to be in the Pac-May sweepstakes, so what did he do? He went after Zab for his title, won it....Fat Head won't fight him, so he goes after whats next, my opinion is he should have moved up to 147 after Judah bout and take a tune up at 147.... Maybe a former title holder with a name to enhance resume.. and a decent pay day... He is a tool with the twitter and hype and drama but remember he still very young, and most of us were dumb assess when we were younger.... I am not a fan, but I am not writing him off, he needs to focus on Peterson and never mind Pac's Groupie/Entourage members.....they ain't ****...They only their because Manny is their bread and butter.
I think alot of the hate comes from his percieved arrogance. I remember before he lost there was an article on him in Ring with him saying he will be the next Floyd Mayweather. This before he even fought anyone notable. I think losing changed alot of perceptions about him. I think alot of people are let down that he's not what he was thought to be. Everyone now see he isn't a saving grace but he will be a top dog in years to come.
