Look at the fight against Thompson, that fight was BORING. Falling all over the ring. Just like last Sat nite, that fight was BORING!

 

I am not a Wlad fan, but he is clearly a special fighter. He has the tools and physical assets to give anyone, any era trouble. He also has the chin to give any one with decent power a shot at winning. This just adds to the intrigue.

That being said, he does NOT deserve the hate. He has no control over the strength (or lack of) of the current heavyweight crop. All he can do is hold up his end: walk through the ropes and take care of the business at hand. He has been excellent at holding up his end of the deal.

The fact that a lot of people don't like watching your favourite fighter doesn't take anything away from him or you. Stop crying about it. WK is a great boxer and deserves credit for his skills and achievements. It's just that a lot of people, including me, don't want to see him do it.

I could not understand that, when I got on the net the first time and DHL and Lewis were hated to the Max.
I never liked any of the Mayweathers, but hate was not something my generation did to boxers..Hate the Yankees, of course but that was different. They was too Rich, and bought the best.
One might have been a Lions or a Bear fan, but one did not hate Lombardi's Green Bay......today hate is in.....that I can not understand.

You laugh that he has an egg chin and then complain that he doesn't attack Mike Tyson style from the start. You don't want him to jab either, but the first thing any boxing trainer will teach you is about the jab.

Wlad fights a very correct technical fight. He outjabs his opponent, because he can with his long reach and because his jab is a weapon. He follows it up with a straight right because that is probably his next safest punch. But he doesn't throw the straight 1-2 every time, otherwise he would be predictable. He slowly wears down his opponent and then he usually knocks them out.

If you don't want to see jabs, go and watch UFC or MMA.

 

wlad is good at what he does simple as that its up to people to stop him and it isnt happening he is a great champion

 

there is only 1 man who could beat wlad and that is vitali.

wlad does what he needs to win with the tools he has been given. if he had a chin like his brother you would see more power punches as he is not worried about being put on his ass if a right lands on the button.
