The Hatton that beat Kostya Tszyu looked very different then the one last week

sure, hatton looked better in the tzuyu fight. tzuyu was already past his prime while pac isn't. the british ref in the tzuyu fight allowed hatton to hold, hug, rabbit punch, hit during clinches and breaks, etc. unfortunately for hatton, bayless, an american ref, didn't allow much of that.

pac is also much faster than tzuyu in terms of both hand and foot speed. as a result, hatton wasn't able to use his mugging, holding and hugging ways on pac unlike in the tzuyu fight.

 

Agree, this PacMan mania is too much...let's have Haye-Pac for all the marbles.

Tszyu could do it, but its a 50-50 fight. Manny's speed is gonna be problematic.

 

It would be pretty close. Tszyu might have problems with speed. He was having major problems with Zab Judah before Zab made a colossal mistake.

He looked good in that fight w/ Tyzu because the latter came in from a shoulder injury and already at the tailspin of his career.

Why are people saying Hatton is past it when he fought a Pacquiao that has

1. 3 loses to his hatton's 1 and has been Koed twice - Hatton should have the edge in confidence
2. Fought more fights
3. Fought more wars
4. Fought better fighters

Yet pacquiao is in his prime and Hatton has "lost punch resistance". Should it not be Pac making those excuses. LOL.. this thread is laughable.

You people are hilarious. That is the same Hatton! The only difference was the referree. The ref allowed Hatton to smother and mug Tszyu. Kenny Bayliss, a good ref, didn't allow Hatton to do the same to Pac and he got ****in schooled. If Hatton didnt have the ref in his back pocket in the Tszyu fight, Tszyu would've schooled him too

Pac beats ANY and EVERY version of Hatton. Peri-****in-od.
