When some Pac hardcores state it was a 50/50 fight that could have gone either way, we know that what they really mean was that they are happy that their man got a gift!:yep

Honestly, it showed all over Pac's face!:yep

You look at JMM's demeanor with his head held high stating that he felt he clearly won, compared to the demeanor in Pac's responses!:deal
That said it all right there.:yep

......and did you guys here JMM's response toward the end of his talk with Merchant.....too bad it was translated incorrectly......but he stated when asked about being at the wrong end of these decisions and if he felt bad about it.....
....Marquez stated, "that decisions like this either makes a person hang his head, or it makes him stronger!"
I thought that was classic JMM, unwilling to let three clowns bestow upon him who the true winner was.

I tell you, it was an Evander Holyfield like response, who was also the type who would not hang his head when he did'nt agree with a decision.

As JMM, "the people know who won the fight" and they did, as the people were booing the decision and when Pac took the microphone with Larry Merchant!:deal

I think most Pac fans know deep in their hearts that Pac was not really the victor tonight, they're just not willing to admit it.

no. that means some pac fans are quite objective about this fight, unlike you when it comes to jmm. the swing round was ironically the very first round. the fighter who won it certainly won the fight by a point.

Why do you guys deserve congratulations? Did you fight tonight? If Marquez won, I wouldn't expect anybody to congratulate me either.

It wasn't the fans who fought the fight. It was Manny Pacquiao and Juan Manuel Marquez who BOTH deserve the props.

I can honestly say pac clearly won tonights fight, and the 1st fight without doubt.

Yes i was scared for a while but deep down inside with JMM's rounds on a round by round basis, Pac won both fights.

no. pac won this 114-113. if jmm would've won the first round, then it could've been 114-113 for him but the KD in the 3rd really did jmm in at the final analysis.

The consensus amongst PAC fans(which are known around here as more fanatical) seems to be that it was an unconvincing win by PAC while all the polls I've seen so far indicate that the majority of BOXING fans felt JMM won the fight.

Read whatever you like into that!

it would have been an unconvincing win for either of them. this was a very close fight. certainly nobody dominated here. jmm as expected was landing his counters and pac KD'd jmm and had him in trouble 2-3 times more.
