I'm starting to think this division is cursed. Why is it so hard to get a decent meaningful fight made in this division without something happening?
An old gypsy woman lost money on the Lewis-Vitali fight and when it was clear there would be no rematch, she dragged it to hell.
Every time the managers get together to work out the details of meaningful fights, Buddy McGirt shows up and throws in the towel.
The Klitschko's knock out all the prospects and beat all the past or present champs. The competition is weak and the Klits smash there opponents into pulp.
It's not a curse, the problem is that most of the HWs are fat lazy *******s. What do you aspect fromt fighters looking like this? This content is protected
Meaningful: The no. 1 fighter going against the undefeated no. 3 fighter for all the marbles in front of 65,000 people and millions around the world to determine the UNDISPUTED Heavyweight Champion of the World. Meaningless: A glass-jawed ****-talker getting knocked out and fading into obscurity while the boxing public talks about what a joke Wlad is for taking on such a nobody instead of one of the other two belt-holders.
Are you trying to make the Klitschko fan quote of the week thread or something :huh I won't use your material anyway, when people see who posted it they'll just shrug and say "what did you expect"
The HW's could get better with time, but it'd take some crowd pleasing wars to do it. After the Klitschkos leave, the talent pool doesn't even have to be that great for a good HW division, just good marketable fighters who are in wars. That's what is going to get America back into HW boxing.
