    I can't.

But age and mileage did. Or at least they took away his ability to pull the trigger on it.

Big punchers like Tyson stopped a whole host of ranked fighters so did Lewis, Wilder has only been in the ring with 2 ranked fighters and one of them took him distance in Stirvenne, and Ortiz won pretty much every round in their fights until he got caught and his chin is very suspect aswell.

I've always said Wilder's power is very over estimated and he needed to prove it against more notable fighters or ranked fighters.

The difference is that the overwhelming majority of Wilder's fights have been against third rate fighters.

The few times he met guys with half decent defence (Szpilka, for example) he really struggled to find the KO, despite Szpilka being incapable of hurting him.

If Wilder had fought the kind of fighters a champion is expected to (ie: legit contenders) he'd have had less KO's - perhaps won a couple thanks to champions bias on the cards, but ultimately he wouldn't have held that belt nearly as long as he did.

How Wilder's power is looking overrated if he didn't land a single decent shot against Parker? His skills looked very poor tonight, but it was the same against Szpilka, for example

He landed some solid right hands here and there but not many.....but Parker was never troubled. Remember the likes of Dillian Whyte had Parker on the floor twice.

Wilder just can't fight on the backfoot.

Wilder looked AWFUL! He did absolutely nothing for 12 rounds , nothing, and Parker just looked about like he usually does.
