you know after that fight Adamek wakes up in the middle of the night with wet sheets and a load in his pants screaming that Morrison is going to get him
Agreed! Also agree that Heleniusis is one to watch. I'm looking forward to Adamek/Arreolla, Wlad/Chambers, and hopefully Wlad Povetkin. Just for the hell of it, Holyfield/Botha will be an entertaining bout on the Seniors Tour, along with RJJ/BHop. Would like to see all of them in a group retirement ceremony afterward.
The Heavies are A bunch of bums . . . when did trainers stop training how to box? no talent and no boxing skill. The only thing that impessed me about the heavies are that people would waste time posting and starting threads about them. I thought Eastside Boxing was about boxing not the crap these losers partake in.
Right, I sometimes wish myself back to the good old days where Larry Holmes defended his title against the Scott LeDouxes, Renaldo Snipeses and Tex Cobbs of the boxing world. Man, how great boxing was back then...
it sure as hell kicks the shi out of todays HW scene thats for sure, mediocre or not. i'd rather see bonafide athletes compete than victims of diabetes that throw ten punches a round and hug for the majority of the fight compete thats for sure.
but as far as prospects go, i only like boytsov, wilder, solis and thats pretty much it. i dont see what the big deal is about povetkin, other than the fact that hes training with a former tyson trainer. adamek is about as conventional of a fighter as you can get. nothing sepcial at all about that guy. meh, heavies are still weak as ****. super middle, welter, and feathers is where the REAL competition is at.
Thank God for David Haye, hopefully he inspires more big atheltes to enter this division, not these Burger King slobs of recent.
