Good list, man. How the hell Ustinov ended up #4 on the WBA rankings I have no clue. Looks like some *******s are pulling the strings to make him Haye's mandatory contender if Values isn't ready or has retired (Chagaev is out of the equation with his hepatitis and no UK license). WBA belt has really become a joke, I definitely rank him below WBO nowadays.

I cant remember who posted it (in another thread), but if the K Bros were not giving everyone they faced such a big beating down. Or the K Bros both retired, the hw scene would look alot better. It has a massive impact on a division when the best guys are some much better than anyone else.

No it wouldn't. You'd have the exact same thing. All the guys 3 through 15 won't fight each other now enough as it is. No Klitschkos, all you do is promote those guys to be 1 through 13 and they still won't fight each other.

Look at the title fights for the one belt not held by the Klitschkos (the WBA belt) since 2006 when Wlad started holding the IBF belt:

Jun. 2006: Nikolay Valuev def. Owen Beck (his first title defense)
Oct. 2006: Valuev def. Monte Barrett
Jan. 2007: Valuev def. Jameel McCline
Apr. 2007: Ruslan Chagaev def. Valuev
Jan. 2008: Chagaev def. Matt Skelton
Aug. 2008: Valuev def. John Ruiz (Chagaev moved to "Champion in Recess" for some reason)
Dec. 2008: Valuev def. Evander Holyfield
Feb. 2009: Chagaev def. Carl Davis Drumond

*Chagaev in the middle here loses to Wlad, but it's not for Chagaev's WBA title

Nov. 2009: David Haye def. Valuev
    Apr. 2010: Haye def. Ruiz
Nov. 2010: Haye vs. Audley Harrison
