atsch My gosh Karceno.....12,000 calories is a LOT for ANYONE. so is 7000 calories. The difference is the person who is taking in all those calories and the level at which they are working to BURN the calories. The harder you work...the bigger you are...the faster your matobolism the more calories you have to take in. And in case you didn't get the memo....Boxing was proven to be the most "Taxing" sport in the world in terms of the amount of energy exerted and punishment taken.
Kar......If your point was to prove how ******ed you are then yes.....he PROVED your point which is that you either ******ed, stupid or both. Activity (1 hour) Calories Burnt Swimming 590 704 863 Boxing 708 844 1035 So you were saying that Swimmers some how burn MORE calories than boxers??? :huh You clown!:rofl
It's not impossible, but a man of Pacquiao's size ingesting 7,000 calories a day is extremely difficult. Anyone who thinks it isn't, I would like you see you try it for a couple of days. Here's a link to a forum where a bunch of 200+ lb. roiders talk about how hard it is for them to maintain a 5,000 calorie a day diet. Again, I'm not saying Ariza is lying, but Pacquiao is going through hell if he's actually doing this throughout training camp. http://forums.anabolex.com/showthread.php?t=11163
If you look at the training stats for boxing(including sparring), you burn less energy than you do for swimming. The only way you burn more by boxing is if you take the stats from an actual fight. We all know Pac is not participating in an actual fight every day during camp.
Thats true! The only way that Manny is taking in that much is if he is drinking a **** load of protein shakes which some can be about 800 to 1000 calories! Now if he is eating that much without putting on any kind of fat then we have a problem! Ariza is either lying or Manny is eating about 2000 and drinking 5000! Thats the only way to do it legit and healthy! From my knowledge the only people that take in that much consistently are bodybuilders and we all know they take ****!
There's no way Manny is taking in 7,000 calories a day and juicing. He would be aroud 170 or 180 lbs. if he was. So if he's really taking in 7,000 calories a day, then he's steroid free.
I don't think Manny is taking steroids or HGH!! He could be taking something to help increase his stamina but I don't think he is taking roids or HGH!!
Do you have some stats showing that? I didnt have an opinion on the subject until I looked it up, and seen that boxers burn more calories on average than swimmers. You would think that boxers burn more calories during a day of training when you factor in the fact that they run for about an hour, spar, hit heavy bags, mitts, jump rope, and all that ****. Training lasts much longer than the 36 minutes you spend fighting, its practically an all day thing so it would seem like more are burned during training, but if you have some stats i would like to see them
He should just do random testing with no cut off days and if he feels he can beat Floyd then beat his ass and it will put an end to it all!
Go to the link you provided. It's all there. Phelps does the breaststroke, which burns a little under 1,000 calories and hr. for a man his size. Pac is smaller man and will burn less calories. Looking at that middle column, there's nothing that would put Pac in that category, that he would actually do during training, that would approach 1,000 calories an hr. except running up stairs.
