    Please, he got hit with a grazing, borderline low shot and acted like he'd been Golota'd. His shameless, blatant overacting was clear evidence he was trying to get a cheap point deduction or even DQ because he had no other answer to what was happening

    This subject really really has been done to the death again and again and again for almost a year now. We really should all be man enough to just let it go. Joe Calzaghe got the judges' decision on the night in a close fight. Most seem to agree, but some of us do not, it depends on your own subjective perception of how fights should be scored. No-one ever seems to change anyone's mind on the subject and it just leads to pointless arguments. Yawn. Let's put it to bed and move on.

    well said. We just need the others who won't let it lie to let go....for the sake of their own sanity....and ours.

    **** weak. It must have taken you hours to draw that one up. I only bothered replying to you in this thread after, without a second thought, you jumped on some guy who suggested Calzaghe may have stopped Hopkins if not for the break in the action in round 10, when you yourself make even more ridiculous claims that Calzaghe would've been ko'ed had the 7th round gone on for 10 more seconds. Stupid hypocrite.

    Anyone with any common sense would notice I'm a fan of neither Hopkins or Calzaghe whereas you're clearly a Calzaghe hater & Hopkins nuthugger. Your comments defy belief;

    Do you even realise that line sums you up perfectly? You're truely ****in ******ed. It's painful seeing the effort you put in when you clearly know nothing about boxing and are too stupid to notice your own hypocrisy.

    I don't even know wtf you're waffling on about there. Words about nothing as usual.

    This is what you said;

    Everyone knows what "flat on his back" means so don't try & ****ing worm your way out of it. You've said similar garbage about round 7 before, and it's complete nonsense. There's nothing to suggest he was about to be dropped OR ko'ed. How hard is that to understand?

    I've already owned you on the subject of round 7, & your respone was to start making witless Braille jokes & claim anyone who agrees with me is a Calzaghe nuthugger. It's embarrassing to see. You're the joke of this forum, which is why you have to change your username. Time for another change or create an alias.

    Like I said, I think he tried to milk it, but he was hit low. He didn't fake a low blow. If anything he faked pain. :deal

    well fact was he was getting tired and u could see bhops snap in his punches in 9th/start of 10th were not forcefull as start of the fight i have no doubt Bhop wanted some time to catch his breath he was breathing harder then calzaghe was and the 10th round joe was catching him with his speed with little more sucess. I had it joe wining by 4/5 rounds

    It was a close fight,i thought Hopkins won it but only just.I do agree with the comment about Hopkins not being able to walk through Joes shots.They must have had some power in them.I would have liked to have seen a rematch but it seems there is no chance of it ever happening.
