You can NOT prove that. It's likely that it was NOT his first time.

I have no respect for cheaters. They take short cuts in life and dont care about the end result. In boxing, you could kill or worse, casue permanet brain damage to another sportsman...for what? Why?

Fugg all the cheaters! They are all low life scum!

i agree with the OP, I dont think Margo cheated vs Cotto or anyone, he tried vs Mosley

these other fighters actually cheated in a ring and only the attempted guy receives such ill treatment

Even then there are variables, like taking an intentional low blow by a serious puncher like Angulo or Kirkland vs getting punched with loaded gloves by Malignaggi. I would take getting punched by Paulie with loaded gloves over the latter. It would be like taking a regular shot since the loaded gloves would just make him seem like an average puncher instead of the feather fisted puncher he's known for being. An intentional low blow by Kirkland would be severly
    crippling!!!

I really doubt a roided up Jesus Chavez cheating the scales and had loaded gloves would of been able to beat Mayweather. :D But a Miguel Cotto that would of landed 2 intentional Low Blow would of probably been able to turn that fight into his favor.

I understand what you mean by the level of cheating, but I just call a cheater a cheater. Just as a sin is a sin and prevent you from making it into the gates of heaven :hey ya dig?

I see your point to an extent but as others have pointed out loaded gloves is worse than roids.

are you being serious? it would of come out loud and clear had the substance become solid after water/sweat had been added. that was never the case. they did so many tests on it. all they came back with was that there was an ingredient found in plaster of paris.

it wasn't plaster of paris. they had to ban him because there was some contamination on the wraps.

that is all they found. nothing more, nothing less.

you can also blame the commissions for failing to do a simple job. they're there to make sure everything is clean ( plus a member of the other camp)

if this was going on for some time, why didn't they catch him? what's the point in being there if it's pointless?

    The hypocrisy of judging cheaters...
Exactly what the op was talking about.

This is not about what is worse but rather why some try to excuse cetain types of cheaters while crucifyin others.

I'll say it again, A CHEAT IS A CHEAT.

Once you get caught cheating, its way more dificult to prove that you did NOT do it before. Based on Prior vs Post Scandal performance of Antonio, its very dificult for anyone to say that he did not cheat before. Look at his record 1-3? and the only victory againsts a taco vendor who was partially drunk? Give me a break.

100% Correct! You cause more physical damage and its accumulative. Look at Miguel's how his skin now swells and brusies easier.

    100% the truth! :deal

You are right. But when loading your gloves you basicly have a weapon. You are trying to cause above and beyond damage to the other sportsman. You become a criminal and you should be trial as one with JAIL time.

If you hit someone with a "brass knucle", and you get caught you will be trialed and jailed! End of story, end of thread!
