lets face the guy is a living legend, probably has the leading boxing IQ of any active boxer.

he proves us wrong time and time again, and i honestly don't care who he chooses to fight next, i am gonna back him to upset the odds yet again.

be it cloud, dawson, bute, pascal or even wladimir fukin klitschko.

never again will i suggest hopkins is too old to win.

    who else is onboard?

I got a nice payout betting on a draw! :good
I bet against B-Hop in a heartbeat, if the opponent is good enough.

I also had 10 euro on the draw on a 42 odd, nice christmasbonus there:D
I would bet against hopkins vs dawson and haye if that ever happened but the rest of them I take hopkins by decision.

He has his limitations though. He will always struggle against busier, faster fighters but as long as he keeps selecting his own opponents, he won't lose. Pavlik, Tarver, Pascal, Jones etc., were all winnable fights for him.

what a testament to this man. at the age of 46, we view "the likes" of pavlik, tarver and pascal as winnable.

i am firmly of the belief hopkins is the best boxer of this past 20 years

I'm a bit concerned that the old man got caught off balance and put on his ass by a shot he did not see coming. That was not very "BHop-like," but I still don't see myself betting against him anytime soon.

it has been a while since he fought such a "lunging" style. jones was shot, calzaghe was a volume fighter, tarver was a counter puncher and pavlik was quite an orthodox textbook boxer puncher. you would have to go back years to find the last time nard laced up with someone who lunges at him.
