    Here are the IBF champions:

    Heavyweight: Wladimir Klitschko
    Cruiserweight: Yoan Pablo Hernandez
    Light Heavyweight: Travious Cloud
    Super Middleweight: Lucian Bute
    Middleweight: Daniel Geale
    Junior Middleweight: Cornelius Bundrage
    Welterweight: VACANT
    Junior Welterweight: Lamont Peterson
    Lightweight: Miguel Vazquez
    Junior Lightweight: Juan Carlos Salgado
    Featherweight: Billy Dib
    Junior Featherweight: Takalani Ndlovu
    Bantamweight: Abner Mares
    Junior Bantamweight: Rodrigo Guerrero
    Flyweight: Morthui Mthlane
    Junior Flyweight: Ulises Solis
    Strawweight: Nkosianthi Joyi

Now if those "real world champions" defended against the following fighters in there next fights it could have a case for being the "real" worl championship:

    Heavyweight: Vitali Klitschko
    Cruiserweight: Marco Huck
    Light Heavyweight: Bernard Hopkins
    Super Middlewight: Andre Ward
    Middleweight: Sergio Martinez
    Junior Middleweight: Miguel Cotto
Weltwerwight: Box-off between Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather for the vacant belt
    Junior Welterweight: Tim Bradley
    Lightweight: Juan Manuel Marquez
    Junior Lightweight: Takashi Uchiyama
    Featherweight: Yuriokris Gamboa
    Junior Featherweight: Toshiaki Nishioka
    Batamweight: Anselmo Moreno
    Junior Batamweight: Omar Navrez
    Flyweight: Sonny Boy Jaro
    Jr Flyweight: Roman Gonzalzez
    Strawweight: Kazuto Ioka

I then believe you would have a real world champion in the heavyweight, cruiserweight, light heavyweight, super middleweight, middleweight, welterweight, jr welterweight, lightweight, junior lightweight, bantamweight, flyweight, junior flyweight and strawweight divisons.

I think that Junior Middleweight, featherweight, junior featherweight and junior bantamweight divisons would require at least 1 more fight to establish an actual world champion as I think their current champios are not in the top 2 or 3 of the division to begin with, so therefore, the winner of the first fight should face:

    Junior Middleweight: Saul Alvarez
Featherweight: Orlando Salido or Chris John
    Junior Featherweight: Guillermo Rigondeaux
    Junior Batamweight: Suiryan Sor Rungislav

And hey presto: 17 real world champions

Only one that seems even remotely legitimate is the Ring belt.

They probably are the best of a very bad bunch. The IBF don't have three champions per division and don't strip their champions so they can gift their belt to the president's 'adopted' son-in-law :patsch.
