Great work as usual Rummy. Seems like the IBF is making up their rules, or at least enforcing them, arbitrarily now. Spence went years without an IBF mandatory and now they seem to want to strip anyone who unifies. Great way to lose fans.
The IBF screwed everything up. Their champion for 6 years got beat, and they're not even giving Spence an opportunity to invoke his rematch at either 147 where that would give him a shot to regain the belt back ir decide to move up. The IBF are crooks robbing Crawford like that.
