Floyd, but mainly because he chooses his shots. it's his game. pac is a volume puncher, doesn't care too much of his punch landed %. all he care is to land good shots and bombs.

 

he would have to put himself in harms way and floyds heart dont beat that strong.

 

Interesting take. You say Floyd has to calculate his shots/timing where Pac can do it on the fly and yet you give the edge to Floyd in timing? I'm not qualified to answer the question proposed so I'm really not taking sides in this. I'm just interested in your logic here.

My answer is Floyd, he is a Great counter puncher, we often see him beat his opponents to the punch too, he doesn't sit down on his shots that much but his check hook finds the target with precision!
