Stieglitz and Tajbert are fighting for Germany by their own admissions and have German citizenship, same with Pascal but with Canada.

If you put all the European countries together, Europe does dominate.
But it's more about the bigger weights where Europe calls the shots.
Europe delivers almost no boxers under the WW limit, simply because Europeans are a lot bigger than that.

    Ukraine (6)
    Germany (3)
    UK (3)
    Russia (2)
    Poland (1)
    Romania (1)
    Serbia (Yugoslavia) (1)
    Slovenia (1)

    = Europe 18

Maybe Europe don't dominate the lighter weights because they don't have the big punch power, and the fight is more likely to go to the cards, Maybe.:think

Europeans clearly aren't dominating, but they are more successful than they ever have been. That's probably why people mistakenly assume that they are dominating, because the US has lost ground while Europe has improved.
