The "I'm sorry John McDermott!" Thread

No doubt about it, last night McDermott was robbed,not only that British boxing is a loser, it cant have too many nights like that, or we will be a laughing stock of world boxing ,the only credit to Fury is that he is a work in progress, most of his punches were pats thrown moving backwards.

If theres any justice the BBBC should order a rematch for McDermott ,no body won last night, not Fury,not British Boxing and the biggest injustice not McDermott...............

 

i admit i have been harsh on the guy, although i have always rated him as a good boxer.

The interview at the end showed his class

Big John defo deserved the decission. He was robbed,I was robbed cos i had a fiver on him it's a ****in disgrace.Always thought Mcdermott would cause Fury a lot of problems. I mean it was a massive step up in terms of experience ffs.Good scrap though, and fury did well to pull some of the later rnds back after looking totally outgunned and completely ****ed in the middle rnds, and showed a fighting heart to try and pull it out of the bag late on when he surely knew it had gone tits up for him,but why the **** did'nt he say that after the fight and give John the credit he deserves, when surely he knew he'd been lucky to get the verdict.
