The second fight people(Floyd fans) say "He cleary beat him" when scores show it was a much closer fight on paper... Thoughts?
cause if you win 7 rounds CLEARLY then its a clear win even if its close on paper. IMO Castillo won the first fight CLEARLY, and PBF the second CLEARLY
People are overly swayed by HBO commentators. Not only did all 3 judges score the first fight for Floyd, most of the ringside observers scored it for Floyd, and scored it pretty wide for Floyd. Alot of them gave Floyd 8 or 9 rounds.
The first fight was close, but the scores were in no way a robbery. Mayweather simply landed the visibly better punches. That's not ao say he won but I can see the scores going the way they did.
