Usyk is very, very good. He'll box the ears off Wilder or Joshua if they meet.

 

Nice find. Didnt understand anything but Usyk really seems like a good guy.

 

He's too small for guys like Wilder & Joshua, he will probably clean out the CW division but he'll never be able to compete with the 6'6 Heavies.

At 1:55 when he starts talking he says That their running session is over and they are going to eat. All the guys feel fulfilled except for Seroydza ( His best friend) , he was complaining about something on the previous day. Aaand he wishes bon apetit and that they will show what are they going to do next.
Basicly he didn't say anything special.

Soviet music on that video works well. Much better than western mainstream pop.

 

Video was a little slow. But that pivot drill on the agility ladder at the 5:39 mark was very cool. You never know where and when you learn something new. Good vid.
