Ortiz wouldn't last more than 4 rounds. Horrible, horrible mismatch.

I hope these Arum and Golden Boy set aside their differences and allow good fights to happen. I want to see Pac-Ortiz fight to cement his legacy of having 5 linear titles.

And Pac at 144 breaks 165lbers orbital sockets... hmm. What would Ortiz do when confronted with a guy that hits that hard, that often and is orders of magnitude faster?

I certainly didn't say Ortiz is anywhere elite level, which is the point; he doesn't deserve a fight against an elite fighter on the strength of this win. Ortiz is a B fighter at best who had a B+ performance tonight. For him to get a fight against any A to A+ fighter would be little more than a tune-up.

victor done good tonight. not near ready for pac.
he showed way too many openings that berto was unable to pull the trigger on. pac would stun and finish him early.

Well, you gotta think of it this way: outside of Pac, Money, and Mosley, ain't nobody else got a name in 147 at all.

Berto dropped him, Pac would finish him. Fun fight if Ortiz could provide a few more wins like that, but Pac would win.

If Ortiz did something like dethrone Khan at 147 and then challenged a fading Pac, then things could get interesting. But as of now, its a mismatch between a prime ATG versus a young talented champion.
