    Its true for the "play it safe" promoter, because even if he loses a med risk-low reward situation, it doesn't harm him financially.

    The boxer has a few chances in his lifetime, if his handler is not going to take all of them (for whatever reason), the boxer passed a chance to be someone else (for better or good)

    Inoue as a solid fighter with a big name will not come again, there are no big name small guys, if anything Burnett will get beaten by a natural 118, who are just a regular defense that didn't get paid properly.

    Its always a golden opportunity to beat a P4P smaller guy moving up in weight, high reward in return for moderate risk. The natural Bantams are really more dangerous than Inoue.

    If Burnett gets to read his team opinion of him, he will actually start believing that he needs to be protected from the smaller Inoue & no way will he be able to preform at Top level
