The interesting thing about Golovkin

    We all know he lacks a big signature fight on his resume, and many people won't give him much credit until he fights that fight.

    What is interesting to me is that even if he loses to a top challenger, he would still have a great chance at winning the rematch.

    Nobody has been able to go 12 rounds without getting caught, and I just don't see somebody doing 24 rounds without getting blasted.

    If he just had that one punch, I could see somebody figuring him out, but he seems to have a punch for every occasion, and they all hurt.

    So even though he doesn't have that signature win, I think the guy is totally legit, and even if he loses a fight, I think he would still be very game in the rematch.

    Same thing goes for Ward, but from an entirely different angle, maybe they can catch him like Boone did, but I see him adapting for the rematch.

    If there is a god, we would see this trilogy @ 168

    Against Daniel Geale. Almost a flawless victory. I have NEVER seen Geale beat up and made look so average the way Miguel Cotto did.

    Geale weighed in at 157 and then rehydrated up 25lbs to 182. He was in no shape to fight, it was a Chad Dawson story all over again.

    Don't make excuses for a friggin bum like Geales, he usually weighed in at 158 for most his fights and used to fight at 154.

    Magarito was exposed as a cheater with plaster in his wraps, don't ever try to compare Cotto to a glass jawed fraud like Danni Geales.
