The James Toney that fought Holyfield vs Denis Boytsov: Who wins?

As I said in the other thread, the Toney who fought Holyfield would beat Boytsov. Current Toney would get his ass kicked while not throwing any punches for 12 rounds. I still disagree that Boytsov is a conventional amateur-style Euro fighter though.

Toney is too slick and would make Boytsov miss a lot. Denis can be very wild and Toney would demolish him for it. Toney UD or cut stoppage, I think Denis has the chin to take the punishment for a while.
