Froch's opponents combined record:356 wins, 256 losses. In his first 10 bouts, that was 129 wins and 221 losses. Do you really think you impress me with Froch's ko against such a poor opposition?

    Kessler's opponents: 892-263 (42 fights).
    Jermaine Taylor: 704-98 (31 fights)
Lucian Bute: 416-152 (23 fights, same as Froch).

    I'm gonna be ok. ;)

It's just that someone here doesn't understand that looking great against ordinary boxers doesn't make you a world champion. Even if Froch wins this week end, it will be against a similar type of non proven boxer. When Froch faces a top 10, we'll talk about his timing and power and greatness. For the moment, the guy is 31 and haven't faced top opposition. Who knows? He may continue to knock every people he faces, he may also look very bad against a slick boxer.

I love how people drop some great knowledge about Froch's resume (or lack their of) and all the Froch fanatics go "WELL THAT DON'T MEAN ****!"

Froch nuthuggers are hard-core zealots. As long as Froch keeps winning, he'll be unbeatable in their eyes.

So Lucian Bute is proven then is?

He beat Sakio Bika - a guy who has never won a title other than the contender trinket off the TV !

Then he got smoked by Andrade in R12 !

Who had Kessler fought before losing to Calzaghe? a washed up Marcus Beyer ?

You can string along your comments to make it suit your argument Laffie, but Pascal is getting mashed.

I just wanna be straight up and say I think Froch beats Pascal...but Froch has an awful ****ing resume. Pascal WILL test Froch and will push him because he's above and beyond the toughest opponent Froch has ever faced. The idea that he's a top 5 SMW is laughable.

Bute has Berrio, Bika and Andrade. Even Willy Friggin Joppy as shot as he is would give Froch's best name a good fight. He probably beats him too.

Kessler has Anthony Mundine is worlds above the best fighter Froch has ever faced. Even Haussler would be the best opponent Froch has ever faced.

You obviously don't know the history and the present of the division.
Sakio Bika is a top 10 for years. Bute also won against Berrio, who is still on many top ten rankings. And in case you haven't noticed, Bute won against Andrade, who is a top 5 of the division. Kessler had beaten Mundine, Siaca, Lucas, Beyer, Andrade and every of these boxers are better than anything Froch faced, not even close. Your boxer has still proven nothing. Period. You may think he can win against all these boxers but stop pretending he has a good resume. People will think you're an idiot.
