    Well done Jeff great news on both fronts, rocco on the of your trunks and esb on the back?

    Right heres a challenge for the marketing force that is the British forum. I want one of the reserve spots, it can be my big comeback(fought in the ams 9 years ago). Can see it now Jeff makes it too the final against takaloo, but takaloo has a mysterious injury just before the final and I'm called up where I go on to beat Jeff in the final seconds of the last round and the apprentice becomes the master.
    Now get tweeting to Eddie and applo creed and make my dream come true.

    Just home for a bit mrs is staying in as baby was a littl premature and he's got low blood sugars but nowt to worry about...

    Steve lillis is doing a piece that will go In the Daily Star on Saturday so thats pretty cool and i'll def give you guys a mention.

    I'm up against it lads - I know that but I just want to get in there and give it my all... Not even started thinking tactics yet with the way things are but I want to go out a winner or on my back. I'm cautious by nature so this will be a big test for me.

    On a serious note - I have now also started merchandising and I will sign boxing gloves for £500... World title belts for £5,000. How I roll.
