    Morning dudes, first couple of days have gone really well - done some local interviews and also an interview for the daily star! I might be going on the pitch at half time at craven cottage for one of the home matches which would be awesome!

    Bit weird seeing all the stories popping up everywhere - heard a cracking story about a pro boxer being that jealous I'm in he deleted me off Facebook! Interesting that 99.9% of the response has being positive! Lots of old friends have popped out of the woodwork not that I'm complaining.

    First two days have been very hard so got a day off today still got a bit of work to do. Still not 100% on hoe I'm going to approach things! I think I know what I've got to do and were all in the same boat!

    I want to win this thing. I believe I can- when ican visualise it, then it can happen.

    What are the plans training wise? Obviously you need to get into the best shape of your life, but at the same time you have to be sensible, because it would be a disaster if you picked up an injury.
