    Sparred Dezzie Higginson tonight- he's British Masters champ at Light Welter beat some good lads like Gary Reid, Stefy Bull and Tristen Davies and felt pretty comfortable - loading up a bit but starting to put it together...

    You did well there but if you're going to be a promoter/fighter you need to start talking about yourself in the 3rd person i.e

    Jeff Thomas does his strength and conditioning in the morning and he does his skill work in the evening. Jeff Thomas don't eat no carbs fool. Jeff Thomas has no love for the Dominos pizza etc... :good

    Fair play you interview well which can't be said about every boxer! Hopefully that helps you shift some tickets anyway.
