You should get Sam Betts to train you Jeff, he's the best trainer in Britain (?)

Well he says he is anyway

I recall a thread on Boxrec last year where you were in debate with Betts, I created a bogus profile to mock him (Roy somebody I forget the surname, he apparently threw Betts around like an 'empty tracksuit' at some point) it didn't go down well with Betts (or the MODS I got banned over it)

    How we laughed

Really good mate- First of all he gave up his time for free, which I really appreciated. I had always modelled myself style wise on the kind of tidy style that Michael Brodie and Jamie used to box with-so when I saw he was doing personal training and boxing coaching I knew working with him would prove very insiteful.

He picked me up on a couple of tiny things that i've been doing wrong for years, and he also gave me a bit of guidance that i'm not going to share on here but it will be very helpful going forward.

As a trainer found him to be very skilful on the pads and he has very good eyes- can quickly spot where your misplacing your weight, feet, hand etc... Think he'll do very well as a trainer not least because he observes the basics thoroughly and is a cracking lad.

Brilliant opportunity and a great learning experience.

    4th March can't wait.
