    If the editor who was blocked is your friend, that's all been removed, as has some
    other material that was unsourced and/or written in a non-encyclopedic fashion.
    There may be some misunderstanding as to what Wikipedia is - it really is an
    encyclopedia, the main difference between it and print encyclopedias being that it
    is online, can be edited by others, and its articles are meant to be reflect what
    sources independent of the subject have said about the subject. Our policy on

    own Facebook page (although our articles are usually mirrored on Facebook). So for
    obvious reasons we can't lock it so that you can edit it.

    Jeff if a wiki page is semi-protected, you can edit it on a new account after the account's both 4 days old and has made 10 wiki edits.

    If you edit it yourself I'm sure no one else will fiddle with it (hopefully).

    I've followed this whole post since it started and it reads like the script of an unbelievable film;

    The Comeback > Prizefighter > "Wiki-Gate"...great stuff! thanks for making the mornings in the office before the boss comes in so enjoyable!

    Btw, worked with your Dad for a few years before he went to Munich - top fella! (apart from being a Fulham Fan) told me a few stories about you which made me chuckle!
